across the USA. Our turnaround time is expedient and everything is expected yesterday.
We are seeking experienced Medical Billing Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in USA medical billing processes, including claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and patient billing. You’ll work closely with our internal teams and USA-based clients to ensure accurate and timely billing, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Main Tasks
Candidate Requirements
- Manage end-to-end medical billing for US healthcare providers
- Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance companies
- Post payments and reconcile accounts
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve discrepancies
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines
- Maintain organized records and billing documentation
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US medical billing
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Experience with EHR and billing software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, DrChrono, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance
