Job Description
Location: Johannesburg | Houghton
MSA Outsourcing Solutions is a South African based Company focused predominantly in staffing
for USA based clients. We provide high caliber staff, filling various roles in a multitude of industries
across the USA. Our turnaround time is expedient and everything is expected yesterday.
We are seeking Customer Service Agents with 2 years of experience, to work hand-in-hand with our
USA based clients, providing on demand support and assisting in achieving their customer service goals.
Please note that the role will be office-based in Houghton Estate Johannesburg, operating during
USA EST hours (3pm-12am daylight savings dependent)
Main Tasks
- Receiving Inbound Calls
- Making Outbound Calls
- Actively assisting clients with their queries
- Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
- Overseeing an active CRM
Candidate Requirements
- Computer proficiency
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven record in the same or similar role
- Ability to write clear and detailed reports
- Strong ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail
