Location: Johannesburg | Houghton

across the USA. Our turnaround time is expedient and everything is expected yesterday.
We are seeking Administrators who are highly skilled and advanced in Microsoft Excel to work hand-in-hand with our USA based clients, providing high quality administration and enhancing their customer service experience.
Please note that the role will be office-based in Houghton Estate Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3pm-12am daylight savings dependent)
Main Tasks
- Receiving Inbound Calls
- Making Outbound Calls
- Managing gas allowances
- Onboarding new staff with their vehicles
- Ensuring the correct documentation is submitted for each vehicle
- Auditing vehicle usage
- Overseeing an active CRM
- Managing processes for repairs or vehicle services
- Tabulating data in the form of pivot tables
- Making use of advanced formulas to display accurate representation of data
Candidate Requirements
- Computer proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Ability to convert raw data into comprehensive reports using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to accurately represent data in the form of pivot tables
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel formulas
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to write clear and detailed reports
- Strong ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail
