Location: Johannesburg | Houghton

MSA Outsourcing Solutions is a South African based Company focused predominantly in staffing
for USA based clients. We provide high caliber staff, filling various roles in a multitude of industries
across the USA. Our turnaround time is expedient and everything is expected yesterday.

We are seeking Procurement & Purchasing Agents with 2 years of experience, to work hand-in-hand with our
USA based clients, providing high quality Procurement & Purchasing administration and providing on demand responses and solutions.

Please note that the role will be office-based in Houghton Estate Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3pm-12am daylight savings dependent)

Main Tasks

  • Receiving Inbound Calls
  • Making Outbound Calls
  • Actively assisting clients with their queries
  • Managing clients procurement budgets
  • Review invoices and ensure all prices are added into system
  • Ensuring timely delivery of purchases
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
  • Overseeing an active CRM

Candidate Requirements

  • Computer proficiency
  • Proven experience in the same or similar role
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to write clear and detailed reports
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • High attention to detail
