MSA Outsourcing Solutions is a South African based Company focused predominantly in staffing for USA based clients. We provide high caliber staff, filling various roles in a multitude of industries across the USA. Our turnaround time is expedient and everything is expected yesterday.

We are seeking Virtual Assistants with 3 years of experience, to work hand-in-hand with our USA based clients building and meeting their operational and administrative goals and needs.

Please note that the role will be office-based in Houghton Estate Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3pm-12am daylight savings dependent)

Main Tasks

The Virtual Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Owner and manages day-to-day office operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning of the office, facilitating smooth communication and coordination, and supporting the executive team in achieving organizational goals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  •  Ability to learn other software’s and implement them successfully
  • Experience with CRM
